Size charts are available on the website to help you select the correct size garment. Please see the provisions below relating to returning garments and other items.
The price for garments and all items (the “Goods”) are as set out on the website are quoted inclusive of VAT. The cost for posting Goods is in addition to the price quoted on the website. Goods ordered will generally be sent by recorded delivery post. The price for the Goods together with the postage costs must be paid for in full before the Goods will be delivered to you or be made available for collection.
This is a made to order service, for goods which are out of stock we will notify you with an expected delivery date.
Delivery of the Goods shall take place when we post the Goods to you, or if you inform us before we post the Goods to you that:
We will take reasonable steps to post your Goods within 20 working days of the date of your order, and receipt of the full payment, or as otherwise agreed between us.
However, occasionally delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control and so cannot be guaranteed. We will let you know by email if we become aware of an unexpected delay, and will arrange a new delivery date with you.
You have a general legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Subject to as set out below, you may cancel an order for Goods which comes to more than £42.00.
If the Goods have not yet been delivered to you, then you may cancel your order starting from the date you receive the confirmation of purchase. The cancellation period ends at midnight on the 14th calendar day after you receive the Goods.
If the Goods have already been delivered to you, you still have a period of 14 calendar days in which you may cancel, starting from the day after you receive the Goods, and ending at midnight on the 14th calendar day after you receive the Goods. You must return the Goods to us at your own cost without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days after the date of which you inform us of your right to cancel your order.
If you choose to exercise your right to cancel within the 14 calendar day cancellation period, then the cancellation form should be completed. You do not have to use the online cancellation form, and if you choose not to, you should inform us by fax, email or post and include all the information set out in the cancellation form.
You do not have a right to cancel in the case of:
Provided that you return the Goods to us in good condition, unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the Goods together with the standard outward post charges (if any) you paid to get the Goods sent out to you.
The refund will be paid within 30 calendar days of the Goods being returned to us, or us receiving evidence that the Goods are received. We reserve the right to make a deduction for any loss or damage to the Goods.
